1Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to wbuzz, Bangladesh's trusted online betting and casino platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "Member") and wbuzz ("we", "us", or "our"). 2Eligibility & Age Restriction

wbuzz is an adult-only platform. To open and use an account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
• Jurisdiction: You must reside in a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether your use of our services is lawful.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and must not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from doing so.
• Not a wbuzz Employee: Current employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in any promotions.

3Account Registration & Verification

To access wbuzz's full range of betting and gaming services, you must create a single verified account. The following rules apply to all registrations:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited without prior notice.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, address, and contact details.
• KYC Verification: wbuzz may require government-issued identity documents (National ID, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address before processing withdrawals, as part of our Know Your Customer process.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

wbuzz supports a range of local and international payment methods optimised for Bangladeshi players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited instantly to your account balance.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions.
• Matched Payment Methods: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. wbuzz does not support third-party payment transfers.
• Transaction Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that payment details are accurate at the time of deposit or withdrawal. wbuzz is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect account numbers or recipient details provided by you.

wbuzz does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with bKash, Nagad, or your bank before transacting.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

wbuzz offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on each individual offer page.

6Betting Rules & Fair Play

All wagers placed on wbuzz are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm acceptance of these rules:

• Bet Confirmation: All bets are final once confirmed. wbuzz does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except in clearly defined exceptional circumstances such as a game being abandoned before completion.
• Odds & Errors: In the event of a manifest error in published odds or game outcomes, wbuzz reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion.
• RNG & Fairness: All casino games on wbuzz — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Prohibited Conduct: The use of automated betting scripts, bots, or software that interferes with fair game outcomes is strictly forbidden and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all winnings.

The following restrictions apply:

• No Reproduction: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from the wbuzz platform without prior written consent.
• No Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code from any proprietary software forming part of the wbuzz platform.
• Trademarks: The wbuzz name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of wbuzz. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product or service is strictly prohibited.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wbuzz and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the wbuzz platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities resulting from any interruption of service, technical failure, or platform downtime.
• Any losses incurred as a result of your gambling activity, including losses from bets placed in error or under circumstances beyond your reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data resulting from third-party security breaches outside wbuzz's direct control.

10Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wbuzz platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform to facilitate any form of financial crime.
• Registering or operating more than one account, sharing accounts, or transferring account ownership to any third party.
• Using automated tools, artificial intelligence, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets, or to interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

wbuzz cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigating any suspected prohibited activity. Any funds associated with suspected prohibited activity may be frozen pending investigation.

11Account Closure & Termination

Either you or wbuzz may close your account at any time. The following terms apply to account closure and termination:

• Voluntary Closure: To close your account voluntarily, contact [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (after deducting active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days.
• Termination by wbuzz: wbuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if we determine that these Terms have been breached, prohibited activity has occurred, or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other users.
• Survival of Terms: Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited activities, and dispute resolution shall survive the termination of any account and continue to apply thereafter.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which wbuzz operates. By using the platform, you agree to submit any disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated by wbuzz.
